Delivery and Refunds

Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is posted to you, so there are no shipping costs or delivery waits.
Instant digital delivery
Your files are delivered instantly. Straight after payment they're ready on your confirmation page, and we email you a link to your private download page. Your download page stays available for 2 years, so you can download your files again whenever you need them.
Gift vouchers are emailed straight away, or on the date you choose.
Can't find your email? Check your spam or Promotions folder, or email hello@arcanaportrait.com with the email address you used to order.
Printing your files
You print your files yourself, at home or with any photo shop or gift printer. Your files print sharp up to A4.
Cancellations
Digital products are delivered immediately, so they can't be cancelled once delivered.
Refunds
Because every card is personalised and digital, and you see a free preview before you buy, refunds are only given if your files are faulty or weren't delivered. If a file won't download, is missing or won't open, email us and we'll fix it or resend it. If we can't, we'll refund you.
This doesn't affect any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
